This is where member made NPC's go. They can be alive, or dead and of any species. One can note if said NPC is adoptable or not. Please note that these are NOT want adds! It is, however, still in the hands of the person that created said NPC if they are open for them to be picked up and if so, which conditions apply. If you put up an NPC it DOES mean that people are allowed to refer to them are decide that they are/were friends with said NPC.
